Two staircase and lift cores have been erected to access the upper floors. One core is accessible via the passage and the other core is situated directly on the road Thomasstrasse. The underground car park is also accessed via this core.
The following types of use were planned for the different areas of the building:
2nd and 3rd underground floor: Public car park with technical rooms; 1st underground floor: non-public car park, storage rooms, ancillary rooms for a potential catering facility on the ground floor, technical rooms.
